T.C. Wu Park is born in 1955 in Hong Kong, where he grew up in a small village in Yuen Long. His house was surrounded by mountains and nature. Since childhood he liked to draw sceneries of the surroundings. During his younger years he was educated and guided by teachers specialised in Chinese Art.  I also leaned calligraphy and stone seal carving.

In 1975 he left Hong Kong and went to The Netherlands. Here he founded the "Chinese Art Academy". During his first years in The Netherlands he tried to exchange culture with the Dutch students. He brought his Dutch students to China and traveled with them. He organised expeditions to the Beijing Library, The Painting & Calligraphy Institute Xi'An, the Guangzhou Art Gallery, the Art Institute of Guilin and the Kunming Art Academy. In these locations Park also had the opportunity  to expose his own work. During the period of 2004-2013 he organised visits of over fifty Chinese artists from China to The Netherlands, to hold expositions. He tried his best to make the best culture exchange as possible between the two countries.

Wu Park lived in The Netherlands for 40 years, but in his later years in The Netherlands he had a great opportunity to display his work across the whole country. He held expositions and promotions for his work, which contained more than a thousand of paintings, name translations and calligraphies. Dozens of his individual works have been exhibited in China, Hong Kong, Japan, The United States, The Netherlands and Belgium. His personal view of art is that all things are beautiful and can be translated in good artworks. Things do not only have eternal vitality, but also can create a resonant.

In his many years as an artist, he created more than thousands of works, such as paintings, ceramics, glass, stone carvings, sculptures, logos and computer designs. All kinds of materials and tools have been used to create these. The works he made where created without any fixed rules. This reflects the free state of mind under the prevailing circumstances.

This portfolio presented here, contains pieces from his personal art works. With this portfolio we return back in the time. He does not mind the happy or sad period. That makes his story, the story of Wu Park. All the art works are chosen from a collection of thousands of works during his 40 years as an artist.  They stand for his past and his path as an artist. Besides exposing his work, this portfolio can be used as a source to exchange interaction or inspiration for other artists.
